Job summary

Legal & General is recruiting for Customer Experience Advisors to join our Member Admin team in a hybrid Cardiff role. You will handle inbound calls and correspondence for pension scheme members and IFAs, providing clear information and ensuring accurate updates to personal details and documentation.

The role offers 2 days in Cardiff and 3 days remote, with a salary of £24,720 per year for a 35-hour week. Full training will be provided to grow your knowledge of pensions and financial services.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering helpful, professional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence handling inbound telephone enquiries.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage several queries and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from pension scheme members and IFAs.
• Respond to requests with appropriate documentation.
• Process member and IFA correspondence accurately.
• Support requests for tax certificates and benefit statements.
• Record customer information across systems.
