Legal & General (L&G) is recruiting a Customer Experience Advisor for our Workplace Pensions team in Cardiff. The role involves handling inbound calls, helping customers understand pension products and options, and recording information accurately.

You’ll join a fast-paced environment focused on delivering fair, positive outcomes for customers, with shifts between 8:30am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday. Salary £24,720 per year.
