A leading aerospace and defense company is seeking a Pensions Analyst/Administrator to join their Rewards and Benefits team. This role involves managing pension programs, ensuring compliance, and providing guidance to employees. The position offers a flexible working pattern and requires a one-week on-site training in London or Havant.
We are Lockheed Martin, one of the world's leading Aerospace, Defence, and IT contractors. We are currently seeking a Pensions Analyst/Administrator to join our Rewards and Benefits team.
This role supports our global pension activities, with increasing workload requiring additional resources. As a Pension Administrator, you will manage employee pension and benefits programs, providing guidance, analysis, overseeing invoice payments, and plan renewals.
You will ensure compliance with established guidelines, procedures, and laws, stay updated on industry trends, and assist in communicating pension and benefit information to employees.
This role requires undergoing a Basic Security Check.
