A leading company is seeking a Digital Data & Reporting Analyst to enhance the Pensions Digital team. You will analyze digital data and improve market-leading experiences by working closely with stakeholders, applying your expertise in web analytics and data visualization to optimize campaigns and reporting solutions. This home-based role requires the ideal candidate to have significant experience in the Financial Services sector and knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
Digital Data & Reporting Analyst – Pensions
Home Based - This role needs to be based in the UK and requires the successful candidate to undergo enhanced security approvals which includes the need to have lived in the UK for at least the last 3 years.
We are looking for a Digital Data & Reporting Analyst to join the Pensions Digital team. The team you will be joining ensure that Capita Pensions Solutions have market leading digital experiences for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge on tagging the digital journey to drive personalisation, online marketing trends, analyse data for insights, create, and optimise marketing campaigns.
Initially you will be working on Google Analytics 4 and using data engineering to produce PowerBI platforms for our existing online pensions platform, you will also be working closely with the digital design team and product owners to understand the long-term personalised journey and reporting aspiration for our new pension platform. You will identify the key data that is needed to achieve defined outcomes.
You will work with the team throughout development, to test the hypothesis and to ensure that the launched solution meets the initial need. Once the new solutions are live you will monitor the data, identify trends, respond to issues and develop the reporting suite.
