It's getting busy and we need to hire a Pensions Analyst/Administrator for our rewards and benefits team.
This role will be supporting all our global pension activity - with workload requirements increasing there is a need to increase resource to support.
As Pension Administrator, you will manage the company's employee pension and benefits programs, offering guidance and analysis while overseeing invoice payments and plan renewals.
You will ensure that all related programs are administered in compliance with established guidelines, procedures, and applicable laws.
Additionally, you may stay updated on trends and developments in the field of employee pensions and benefits, and assist in communicating pension and benefit information to employees.
