Job summary

LCP in London/Winchester is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Administration Data Services team. You will help deliver high-quality data solutions for pension schemes, working with external clients and internal teams to ensure data accuracy and regulatory readiness.

With exposure to data preparation, GMP work, and data transformations, you will develop your pension administration skills while benefiting from professional study support and a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defined Benefit pensions data or pensions administration is desirable.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with data-focused projects.

Responsibilities

• Preparing scheme data for buy-in/buy-out transactions.
• Assisting with GMP reconciliation and equalisation exercises.
• Supporting data readiness for the Pensions Dashboard and other regulatory initiatives.
• Helping with data cleansing, benefit audits and onboarding processes.
