Qualifications

• Entry level role designed to provide a thorough induction in the work required to achieve the goals and targets of Traffic & Highways Maintenance.
• Must ensure secure handling of confidential data and information to comply with council policy and GDPR/Data Protection Act.

Responsibilities

• Data entry onto spreadsheets and databases.
• Respond to appeals against Penalty Charge Notices.
• Respond to general enquiries via email.
• General office and admin duties including opening and logging post.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding more technical appeals.
• Occasional site visits to undertake checks and collate evidence.
• Provide advice to the Customer Service Centre on Penalty Charge Notice appeals.
