Job summary

Cyber Security training courses is seeking a Pega Certified Business Analyst (PCBA) to bridge business and delivery teams on secure, regulated digital transformation programs. You will capture, analyse and translate requirements into scalable Pega solutions and lead workshops with stakeholders.

In this role you will support Agile delivery with backlog refinement, ensure compliance with governance and security standards, and contribute to successful program outcomes in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• Pega CPBA or CPBA certification required.
• Proven Pega delivery experience in Agile environments.
• Strong BPM, Case Management, Workflow Automation, and requirements documentation knowledge.
• Experience in security-cleared government/regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Experience producing user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and business specs.
• Understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Current SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into Pega-based processes and workflows.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Produce process maps and functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments.
• Support UAT activities.
• Ensure alignment with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across BA and delivery practices.
