Job summary

Infinity Quest is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst in the United Kingdom (Birmingham) to lead Pega 8.x initiatives and drive business outcomes. You will translate complex business needs into actionable user stories, manage backlogs, and collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs.

Strong experience with DCO, BPMN process maps, and UI mockups is required. You will collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure clear acceptance criteria, effective data flows, and timely delivery

Qualifications

• 5–9+ years as a Business Analyst, with 3–5+ years on Pega 8.x programs.
• Hands-on with DCO, user story writing, acceptance criteria, and backlog management (Jira/Azure DevOps).
• Strong understanding of Pega concepts: case lifecycle design, stages/steps, routing, SLAs, data pages, decision rules, UI flows, and reporting at a conceptual level.
• Experience crafting process maps (BPMN), journey maps, and UI mockups (e.g., Figma/Balsamiq).
• Proven stakeholder management; ability to translate business goals into measurable outcomes/KPIs.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.
