Inclusion Hampshire is recruiting three Peer Support Workers (16 hours per week) to join our Harm Reduction and Rough Sleeping service. You will work in community settings, providing peer support to individuals affected by drug/alcohol use and homelessness, using your lived experience to inspire hope and encourage recovery.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help people access healthcare, housing and treatment services, support goals, and promote wellbeing with flexible

• Own personal lived experience of drug/alcohol use and/or rough sleeping.
• Ability to communicate clearly and develop positive working relationships with colleagues, other professionals and service users.
• Willing to positively share own experiences to support others.
