Inclusion is seeking a Drug and Alcohol Housing Worker to deliver intensive floating support across Hampshire, including Aldershot, Basingstoke, Winchester, Andover and East Hampshire. You will work with people who use drugs or alcohol to access housing, sustain tenancies and engage with treatment and recovery services.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will conduct home visits, carry out risk assessments, and maintain accurate case records, ensuring trauma-informed, harm-reduction

Formación

• Experience of working in the housing field.
• Experience of working in the drug and alcohol field or with those who use drugs and alcohol.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain accurate, timely case records.
• Experience working in multi-agency environments.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver intensive floating support to individuals at risk of homelessness, including tenancy sustainment, arrears management, practical housing support and landlord liaison.
• Provide structured psychosocial interventions, including CBT-based approaches, motivational interviewing, harm reduction and solution-focused techniques.
• Support people to access treatment, healthcare, benefits, community services and wider social support that contributes to recovery and tenancy stability.
• Build strong relationships with housing authorities, supported accommodation providers, private landlords and homelessness services.
• Attend multi-agency meetings and represent Inclusion professionally with partners such as probation, police, healthcare and social care.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic records, reports and performance data in line with audit requirements.
