Job summary

Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital is seeking an Urgent Care Technician I to join the patient care team in our fast-paced environment. This role supports the check-in process and provides essential pediatric care tasks under supervision, helping to ensure smooth clinic flow and excellent patient service.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma (MA preferred) and experience in urgent care or pediatric settings, with strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Urgent Care setting and/or large-volume pediatric office.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred; pediatric experience preferred.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and register them for urgent care visits.
• Assist with patient care tasks and pediatric care routines.
• Collaborate with the urgent care team to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
