Job summary

NHS Scotland is looking for a band 5 or band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Children and Young People’s physiotherapy service in Tayside. The post covers work across Dundee, Angus, Perth or Acute bases, with a 36-hour week and a fixed-term/secondment until 31 July 2027.

You will work with children from birth to 18 years old, in schools, nurseries, homes, inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborating with education and other health professionals.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and commitment to multidisciplinary working.
• Degree in Physiotherapy required.
• Registration with the appropriate physiotherapy body may be expected.

Responsibilities

• Work with children and young people in schools, nurseries, homes, inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with education and other health professionals to deliver a three-tier service model.
