Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital is looking for a physician assistant or pediatric nurse practitioner to join the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). Qualifications

• Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (PNP-AC) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification and licensure in Florida.
• Master's degree in Nursing (PNP-AC) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA) from an accredited program.
• Prior experience in pediatrics, cardiology, and/or critical care fields are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric cardiac patients in the CVICU.
• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and order diagnostic tests.
• Provide family-centered care by communicating with patients' families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery.
• Participate in medical rounds and educational activities.
