Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking a compassionate support worker to care for a young child with complex medical needs at home in Birmingham. You will assist with airway management, suctioning, and PEG feeding, while supporting schooling and daily activities.

Prior experience with complex care needs and PEG feeding is essential, and you will be part of a values-driven team focused on safety, dignity, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Experience in suctioning and PEG feeding is essential.
• Ability to administer medications accurately and safely.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs and epilepsy.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care for a young child at home.
• Assist with airway management and chest physiotherapy as needed.
• Support PEG feeding and medication administration.
• Encourage school attendance and participation in daily activities.
• Record information accurately and promptly.
