Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist IA to provide foundational clinical pharmacy services, including medication order review, verification, and therapeutic assessment under established guidelines. You will ensure safe medication use and respond to drug information questions from the healthcare team.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy resulting in PharmD or BS degree.
• Completion of ASHP PGY1/PGY2 residency or equivalent experience.
• Licensed pharmacist in the applicable state/jurisdiction; BLS/ACLS/PALS may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide foundational clinical pharmacy services including medication order review and therapeutic assessment.
• Ensure safe and effective medication use by applying core clinical knowledge and formulary guidance.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and pharmacy colleagues to support high quality patient care.
