Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in pharmacy practice.
• 2+ years in pharmacy management/leadership.
• Pharmacist licensure in applicable state.
• Consultant Pharmacist license within 90 days (Florida only).
• ASHP residency experience is valued.
• Ability to manage complex regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.
• Leadership in policy and cost-control initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily pharmacy operations across practice areas to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered services.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and standard work.
• Budget oversight and cost-control strategies.
• Collaborate with purchasing to ensure medication availability and utilization.
• Participate in quality and safety committees and regulatory compliance.
• Support emergency preparedness and continuity planning.
