Job summary

Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital seeks a skilled pediatric anesthesiologist for a part-time role. You will provide anesthesia care to pediatric patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment in Florida.

Responsibilities include preoperative assessments, planning, intraoperative management, and post-anesthesia care, with emphasis on safety, family education, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Pediatric Anesthesiology.
• Experience providing anesthesia care for pediatric patients.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families.
• Excellent communication and flexibility for a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for pediatric surgeries and procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans with the team.
• Monitor vital signs and ensure patient safety before, during and after anesthesia.
• Perform preoperative assessments and educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in quality initiatives.
