The Ward Manager position in the Children’s Burns Ward at Broomfield Hospital is a full-time, band 6 role within the St Andrew's Regional centre for Burns and Plastic Surgery. You will lead and coordinate shifts, supervise staff, mentor junior colleagues and students, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for children and families.
