Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting a dedicated PE Teacher for a successful secondary school in Ashington, Northumberland. You will deliver engaging PE lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4 and support students’ development in healthy lifestyles.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science or a related subject.
• Experience teaching PE within a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• The ability to motivate and inspire young people.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to promoting participation and achievement.
• High expectations of student behaviour and engagement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
