Job summary

Reeson Education in Harrow is seeking a dedicated PE Teacher to work in a specialist SEN setting from September on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. You will plan and deliver PE lessons for secondary-aged students with SLD, adapting activities to meet varied abilities and encouraging participation and confidence.

You will join a supportive SEN team and collaborate with teaching assistants to maintain positive behaviour and routines.

Qualifications

• QTS or a relevant teaching qualification.
• Previous PE teaching experience.
• Experience working with SLD or complex SEN desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt lessons for different abilities.

Are you an experienced PE Teacher - Harrow looking for a new opportunity within a specialist SEN setting? A secondary SEN school in Harrow is seeking a dedicated PE Teacher - Harrow to join their team full-time from September, with the opportunity to become permanent.

This PE Teacher - Harrow role involves working with secondary-aged students with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and additional needs. The successful PE Teacher - Harrow will be confident adapting PE lessons to suit different abilities and encouraging students to participate in physical activity.
