Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a Service Vehicle Tech / PDI Mechanic in the Bexhill-on-Sea area. The role focuses on fresh vehicle prep, routine servicing, and health checks in a relaxed, well-managed environment with excellent pay.

Base salary £34,000 with a realistic performance bonus. Monday to Friday 8:00–17:00, plus occasional Saturday mornings. Benefits include generous holidays, pension, life cover, and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair (or 6+ months hands-on workshop/PDI experience).
• A clean, efficient work style with a passion for straightforward servicing and vehicle prep.
• DVSA MOT Smart Card is a bonus, but optional.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £34,000 guaranteed basic per annum + easy, achievable performance bonus (Realistic OTE £40,000+)


• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Requirements

• Valid DVSA MOT Smart Card is a bonus, but completely optional.


• Full UK driving licence & own standard hand tools.

• Base: Bexhill-on-Sea area (Free secure on-site parking)


• Road Links: Prime position directly off the A259 and A2690 Link Road for an easy, traffic-free commute across East Sussex.


• Public Transport: Excellent access via nearby Bexhill and Collington mainline stations and regular bus routes.


• Commutable From: Bexhill, Hastings, St Leonards, Eastbourne, Battle, Sidley, and Pevensey.
