Arriva Kent Thameside Limited in Colchester is hiring a PCV Bus Driver to transport passengers on busy routes with safety and reliability at the core of service. You’ll operate vehicles to support daily commutes, shopping trips, and school runs, while delivering friendly customer service.
You’ll start with £13.00 per hour, rising to £15.46 after seven months, with enhanced weekend and overtime rates. Arriva offers training, progression opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour increasing to £15.46 after 7 months service
Saturday: £13.51 per hour increasing to £15.97 after 7 months service
Sunday: £14.02 per hour increasing to £16.97 after 7 months service
Overtime M-F: £14.00 per hour increasing to £16.46 after 7 months service
Overtime Sat-Sun: £14.51 per hour (Sat) & £15.02 per hour (Sun) increasing to £16.97 per hour (Sat) & £17.48 per hour (Sun) after 7 months service
The role will be shift-based, so you’ll need to be prepared to work early, evenings and weekends.
