Qualifications

• Lead Nurse to provide leadership and mentoring to Phlebotomists and a Nursing Associate.
• Demonstrate ability to improve quality within service constraints.
• Review progress and develop clear plans to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Promote the service within GP practices and develop close working relationships with Primary Care Network teams.
• Support administrative staff with auditing of clinics.
• Identify and overcome barriers to access to services.
• Monitor clinics within SystmOne and EMIS.
• Support PCN employees and Practice staff with training needs.
• Develop training opportunities with the training hub and create competency packages.
