Job summary

Armley PCN Services Limited is seeking a PCN Business and Transformation Lead to drive strategic plans and ensure DES contract compliance across the network and its limited company.

The role carries financial stewardship, payroll oversight, inter-entity accounting and governance, with regular on-site presence across clinical sites.

You will chair leadership meetings, coordinate stakeholders, monitor budgets, and lead digital transformation aligned with NHS primary care strategy.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English grade C or above, or equivalent.
• Experience with financial acumen and handling confidential information.
• Ability to arrange, facilitate and chair meetings.
• Knowledge of contract compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver long-term strategic plans and business cases with the PCN board and company directors.
• Hold ultimate responsibility for network compliance with DES specifications and flag risks.
• Guide the PCN's evolution into integrated neighbourhood teams with social care partners.
• Plan and chair PCN leadership meetings and represent the network in citywide groups.
• Maintain separate financial reporting and budget monitoring for PCN and limited company.
• Run monthly payroll and pension administration for employees.
• Track and submit claims for Enhanced Services and DES elements.
• Manage Companies House filings, director registers, and GDPR/FOI compliance.
• Draft and monitor SLAs, sub-contracts, and vendor services.
• Lead digital and transformation roadmap and analyse practice data.
• Control the Enhanced Access budget and submit quarterly reports to ICB.
• Support recruitment and write bids for new contracts.
