Job summary

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Primary Care Network Development Manager to guide workforce planning and expansion across PCNs. You will recruit, support and develop a multidisciplinary team, supported by the People Team and Learning & Development Coordinator, ensuring staff thrive in their roles.

You will lead on interviews, onboarding, appraisals and performance processes, collaborating with Clinical Directors and Practice Managers to deliver strategic NHS

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Ability to manage performance issues, investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Workforce planning and strategy delivery experience.
• Proven ability to write bids/proposals for initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCN development strategy and workforce planning.
• Support PCN boards and Practice Managers in strategic development.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding and induction for new staff.
• Ensure DES compliance and deliver financially incentivised targets.
