Shifts rotate 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Mon-Fri. A starting salary of £12.84 per hour is offered, with full training, overtime opportunities, and a stable career in a growing manufacturing business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• CNC machine operating experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to production targets.
• Reliable and flexible approach to shift work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routing machines to separate finished circuit boards from mother panels.
• Route internal piece parts to create windows for bonding PCBs.
• Ensure products are manufactured to required quality standards.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Carry out basic machine checks and reporting any issues.
• Work closely with the Test and Inspection departments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
