Job summary

MET Recruitment UK LTD is seeking Production Operatives for a busy PCB manufacturing site. You will work within the copper plating process, operating PC-controlled machines and carrying out manual tasks to support production, testing, and inspection.

The role involves rotating AM/PM shifts with early finish on Fridays. Benefits include weekly pay, canteen facilities, company uniform, and a potential move from temporary to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to work the set shift pattern.
• Comfortable with a mix of manual and machine-based work.

Responsibilities

• Operating PC-controlled copper plating machines
• Loading and managing programs on a computer system
• Carrying out manual tasks, including material handling
• Safely handling and adding chemicals as required
• Supporting production, testing, and inspection processes
• Operating machinery involved in PCB production where required
• Following all health & safety and quality procedures
