Job summary

Catering based in Berkshire is seeking a PCB Layout Engineer to produce advanced PCB layouts using Altium. You will optimise layouts for manufacturability, performance and reliability on predominantly 6+ layer designs.

The role is permanent, based in Aldermaston, offering a salary of £40,000–£50,000 plus bonus and benefits. A great opportunity to work on challenging projects within a respected engineering environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a PCB Layout Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Altium for complex PCB designs.

Responsibilities

• Create complicated PCB layouts in Altium for multi-layer designs.
• Optimise component placement for performance, manufacturability and reliability.
• Collaborate on digital, mixed-signal and power electronics routing, including flex-rigid tech.
