Affinity Trust in Leicester is hiring a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. You will work with adults who have learning disabilities and autism, delivering person-centred PBS plans, reducing restrictive interventions, and supporting independence.

This role requires a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. You will embed PBS across the organisation, collaborate with stakeholders, and help people access activities and communities.

Qualifications

• PBS accreditation (BTEC Level 5) or equivalent.
• Willingness to register with UK-SBA; clinical supervision provided.
• Experience with adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Responsabilités

• Embed the PBS approach across Affinity Trust.
• Help people thrive in their homes and access activities and communities.
• Deliver proactive, evidence-based, person-centred interventions to build skills and independence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep the person’s voice central.
