Leaf Complex Care is seeking a PBS Practitioner to lead person-centred Positive Behaviour Support across a Bristol caseload. You will conduct assessments, develop PBSPs and work with families and multidisciplinary teams to embed best practice.

This role involves monitoring interventions, analysing data, and providing training to clinicians. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Positive Behaviour Support, Autism or Psychology.
• Experience with autism and learning disabilities.
• Experience developing PBSPs (Positive Behaviour Support Plans).
• Full UK driving licence and willing to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial clinical and functional behavioural assessments and identify needs, risks and PBS interventions.
• Develop, implement and regularly review person-centred PBSPs with individuals, families and teams.
• Monitor effectiveness of PBS interventions and adapt approaches based on data.
• Provide clinical guidance, training and coaching to clinicians and colleagues on PBS best practices.
• Visit supported settings to review PBSP implementation and respond to changing needs.
