Qualifications

• Formal qualification in PBS or related field.
• Experience with people with co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Ability to train and develop staff in PBS practices.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate best practice in the implementation of PBS, working with individuals, colleagues, key stakeholders, internal and external multidisciplinary teams, and families.
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments.
• Develop and implement PBS plans.
• Provide staff training and development, including PBS, practice workshops, and other associated training.
