Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader to influence practice, coach colleagues and embed trauma-informed, person-centred approaches across services. In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed Positive Behaviour Support and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support.

You will be visible in services, championing best practice and DBS safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
• A good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support.
• Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice.
• Strong communication skills and a values-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, coaching colleagues and supporting PBS plans.
• Embed trauma-informed and person-centred practice across services.
• Support managers and frontline teams to deliver thoughtful, consistent support improving daily outcomes.
