JobsTrackR is seeking a Payroll Transformation Project Manager/Business Analyst for a remote assignment. The role is a temporary position paying £200 per day PAYE, with delivery leadership across a payroll transformation programme.

You will own project plans, drive multiple workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and build strong stakeholder engagement while translating business needs into practical solutions with operational teams and suppliers.

The successful candidate will lead delivery within a fast‑paced payroll transformation programme, taking ownership of active project plans, driving progress across multiple workstreams, and maintaining momentum against challenging timelines.

They will assess project health quickly, manage risks, issues and dependencies, and implement recovery plans where required. They will build strong stakeholder relationships, create effective communication and engagement plans, and operate confidently within high‑profile transformation environments.

In addition, the successful candidate will apply strong business analysis capability, facilitating workshops, mapping and analysing end‑to‑end processes, eliciting and validating requirements, and working collaboratively with operational teams and suppliers to translate business needs into practical, deliverable solutions.
