Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking an interim EMEA Payroll Project Manager for a remote role on a global payroll transformation. You will join a project team with responsibility for European countries, managing the full payroll implementation lifecycle.

Key duties include dashboards, risk resolution, vendor performance handling, and leading local payroll analysts. You will also support market requirements, process mapping, tests, and cross-team coordination throughout the project.

• Ability to manage payroll projects across regions.
• Leadership of payroll-related initiatives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Payroll status dashboard to Payroll Live for Global Lead.
• Resolve escalated market risks and issues, including vendor performance issues.
• Lead local payroll analyst activities.
• Support in market business requirements gathering for market specific calculations.
• Support E2E process mapping and maintaining Employees.
• Provide best practice guidance & templates to local payroll teams for payroll SOP/documentation.
• Support the test process including test plans and test scripts.
• Coordinate activities across all payroll Teams.
• Participating in status meetings and other activities for the project.
• Work with country implementation SMEs.

£500 - £550 per day

My client a leading global media brand are looking to recruit an immediately available Global Payroll Project resource to assist with an exciting fast paced Global Payroll Transformation. You will be part of a wider Project team with your own allocation of European Countries managing the full payroll implementation lifecycle.

Other duties include but not limited too

• Prepare Payroll status dashboard to Payroll Live for Global Lead
