Job summary

Staines Search Ltd is seeking a Payroll Manager in Dartford to take ownership of the payroll function for around 600 employees. The role involves managing monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, and supporting the payroll transition from Sage to UKG.

The position offers either a part-time payroll-focused arrangement or a full-time role combining payroll with broader finance duties, with a brand-new office and excellent holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end payroll for a medium-to-large workforce.
• Ability to handle complex payroll calculations and variable pay elements.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process the monthly payroll for approximately 600 employees.
• Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time.
• Calculate pay across departments, contracts and pay structures.
