Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Payroll Manager to own the payroll for approximately 600 employees across a diverse workforce. Based in brand-new offices in Dartford, you will manage the monthly payroll, ensure accuracy and deadlines, and support the transition from Sage Payroll to UKG HR as part of a payroll transformation project.

• Experience managing end-to-end payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and best practice.
• Able to handle complex payroll calculations and variable pay elements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process monthly payroll for ~600 employees.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and deadlines.
• Handle variable pay elements (bonuses, overtime, etc.).
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Support UKG integration and system enhancements.
