Job summary

Bright Horizons UK is seeking a Payroll Time & Attendance Specialist to join our UK payroll team. You will manage end-to-end payroll processes and Time & Attendance administration, ensuring accurate, timely delivery and compliance while supporting a great employee experience.

You'll work hybrid with some travel to Northampton Head Office, collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure smooth payroll operations across multiple nurseries.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of payroll compliance, audits and NMW checks.
• Experience with payroll and T&A systems (Workday desirable).
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
