Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd in Leicestershire is seeking a Payroll Team Leader to run the full in-house UK payroll for a manufacturing firm near Leicester. This permanent, office-based role offers £35,000 plus benefits and a five-day workweek from Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:30.

You will lead a payroll administrator, manage end-to-end payroll processes, produce required HMRC submissions, P45s and P60s, and maintain accuracy with Sage 50.

Qualifications

• Experience running UK payroll from start to finish.
• Experience supervising payroll staff.
• Familiarity with UK payroll compliance and submissions.

Responsibilities

Payroll team leader needed to run the full in-house payroll for a manufacturing company near Leicester.

You ll lead a payroll administrator and own the process from start to finish (internal staff only, no agency workers).

You ll be:

• Running end-to-end UK payroll on Sage 50
• Supervising a payroll administrator
• Producing P45s, P60s, P32s and HMRC submissions

You ll need:

• Strong end-to-end UK payroll experience
• Sage 50 or similar

You ll get:
