Design, configure and optimise SAP solutions that support our people and business operations. As a Payroll System Specialist at Cadent, you'll play a key role in designing, configuring and enhancing our SAP HR and Payroll solutions. Working at the intersection of technology and business operations, you'll help ensure our HR and payroll systems are scalable, efficient and aligned with both current business needs and future strategic objectives.
This is a specialist role for an experienced SAP professional who can translate complex business requirements into effective functional solutions. You'll work closely with HR teams, payroll specialists, IT colleagues and external partners to deliver improvements, support transformation initiatives and ensure our SAP landscape continues to evolve in line with best practice.
From solution design and configuration through to testing, deployment and continuous improvement, you'll play an essential role in delivering reliable, user-focused HR and Payroll technology across the organisation.
