Job summary

Solus, owned by Aviva, is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to lead the payroll and expenses processes and to develop a small payroll team in Milton Keynes. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery and compliance across HMRC and pension reporting, working with Finance, HR and the wider business to drive process improvements.

Reporting to the Pay and Rewards Manager, you will mentor Payroll Administrators and support audits and annual submissions while building strong internal and external

Overview

At Solus, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a Payroll Supervisor to lead the delivery of our payroll and expenses processes while developing and supporting a small, experienced payroll team.

Reporting to the Pay and Rewards Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day payroll operation, ensuring payroll and expenses are processed accurately, on time and in line with legislative requirements.

Working closely with colleagues across Finance, HR and the wider business, you will help improve processes, support key compliance activities and develop the capability of the payroll team to ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of accurate and timely payroll and expenses processing.

Qualifications
