Job summary

Bright Software Group's The Payroll Centre seeks an experienced Payroll Specialist and Tutor to deliver high-quality payroll training across the UK and Ireland. This home-based role requires engaging learners, staying current with payroll legislation, and contributing to course content.

You will travel nationwide, deliver virtual and in-person sessions, assess learners, and support members with practical payroll insights and ongoing content development.

Qualifications

• Recent and substantial hands-on payroll experience.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and its practical impact.
• Proven ability to deliver presentations and training to diverse learners.
• Experience delivering training across formats: face-to-face, online, webinars.
• Excellent written communication for training materials and publications.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging payroll training sessions, virtual and face-to-face, aligned to learning objectives.
• Support and assess learners across qualifications, provide feedback and content development.
• Provide thought leadership to members with updates, events, and content.
