Conferma is seeking a Payroll Specialist to coordinate the full UK payroll process and international payrolls. The role ensures accuracy, compliance and timely delivery while collaborating with HR, Finance and external providers. Part-time, 25–30 hours weekly, based in Manchester.
You will own monthly UK payroll, ensure PAYE/ NI/ RTI compliance and support year-end activities, with a focus on continuous process improvements.

The position:
We're currently looking for a Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating the full UK payroll process and coordinating international payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery. The role works closely with HR, Finance and external payroll providers while maintaining strong controls and supporting audits, year-end activities and continuous process improvements.

Compensation:
Salary: Up to £35,000 (pro-rata, dependent on experience)
Bonus: 10%
