Job summary

Artis Recruitment in North Bristol is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join a friendly, high‑performing team on a flexible hybrid basis. You will ensure UK and overseas colleagues are paid accurately and on time, while helping to improve payroll processes behind the scenes.

Day‑to‑day you’ll run monthly payroll end‑to‑end, handle changes (starters, leavers, promotions, bonuses, deductions, statutory payments), prepare reports, and respond to payroll queries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience running monthly payroll from start to finish.
• Handling starters, leavers, promotions, bonuses and deductions.
• Experience with PAYE, National Insurance and pensions.
• Responding to payroll queries professionally and clearly.
• Collaborating with HR and Finance to keep employee data accurate.
• Experience supporting year‑end activities (P11Ds/P60s).
• Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and process improvements.

Responsibilities
