Kenny Recruit are looking for a part time Payroll Specialist to join a client of ours who globally produce and sell a wellness product. We have worked with this client for a few years and have successfully placed numerous people within their finance team. Each of our placement enjoys the working environment that our client offers. This role will report into the Finance Director. We have a great relationship with the Finance Director, they are supportive of their team, and they encourage development whilst assisting with training where needed.
As the Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for the administration of the UK payroll as well the European payroll. You will need to ensure that our client is compliant with employment law as well as optimising payroll processes to meet the growing needs of our client. You will need to have previous experience and understanding of UK payroll regulations as well as payroll journals and tax compliance. You will need to have strong attention to detail, be able to use Excel and be solution focused.
This role is for 15 to 20 hours a week; you can work remotely or on a hybrid basis. If you are working remotely then you will need to go to the office at least once a month. The office is West London.
Location: West London (can be remote or 1 day a month from office)
Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (15 - 20 hours a week)
