Job summary

Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Payroll Specialist for a Tiverton-based organisation. You will join the Payroll Team to process monthly payrolls for 700+ employees, ensuring accuracy and smooth service delivery.

Working alongside the Payroll Manager, you will support end-to-end payroll processing, handle pension schemes and respond to employee queries with strong attention to detail and customer service. This temporary-to-perm role requires flexibility for immediate start.

Qualifications

• Core, hands-on experience in internal payroll processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software.
• Based in Tiverton or willing to commute.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Support the end-to-end processing of monthly payrolls,
