Responsibilities:
  • Process accurate and timely payroll, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, from new hires to terminations.
  • Prepare payroll reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Address payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with global payroll regulations and tax laws.
About You:
  • 5–10 years’ experience in a Payroll Coordinator/Manager role.
  • Proficient in payroll systems like Sage/Intact Software.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
