Payroll SaaS Solution Sales Specialist – Business Development Manager – SaaS Tech Market Disrupter – Huge contact database of existing customers to cross and upsell too. Dare I say, ‘shooting fish in a barrel’! £40,000 base salary – £150,000 OTE Y1 (Minimum uncapped) and unlimited commission – potentially life changing! Role Details

This is a sales role focused on targets, performance, closing, and consultative coaching in SaaS / Payroll Tech. Selling a range of three marketing-leading business solution products into SMEs UK-wide. Responsible for selling add-ons, training, support, and advisory services alongside SaaS software.

  • Brand new payroll products – game changer in the market
  • BDM Sales Consultant – 80% of appointments made for you, 20% cold calling and BizDev (LI & referrals). 2 Graduates assigned to your team.
  • Performance-based, fast-paced, dynamic role with lots of support
  • KPI driven – 100% office-based, no hybrid, with game-changing commission!
  • Average deal size £4,000-£40,000
Responsibilities
  • Conduct client demos and generate new business opportunities.
  • Become a subject matter expert for company products and services.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Manage diary and pipeline daily to ensure a dynamic sales process.
  • Collaborate with peers and BSCs to promote high team performance.
  • Lead from the front to promote demo bookings and high-quality performance.
