You will lead a small team, ensure compliance with regulations, drive process improvements, and benefit from flexible working arrangements and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates previous payroll experience, ideally with Sage Payroll systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and team members.
• Flexible mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced environment and overtime if required.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the end-to-end payroll process for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
• Liaising directly with clients to address payroll queries, organise deadlines, and resolve issues promptly.
• Supervising a small team, supporting their development, and maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
• Identifying process improvements to enhance service delivery and team productivity.
