Job summary

IRIS Software Group is seeking an Implementation Consultant with hands-on payroll experience to help customers implement our SaaS payroll solutions. You’ll manage payroll software implementations for new and existing customers, understand payroll processes, configure setups and support data migration and testing.

You’ll also work with APIs/ETL, guide users through testing and go-live, deliver training, and support ongoing success while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll experience and a good understanding of payroll processes – essential.
• Experience in SaaS/software implementation, onboarding or technical consulting
• Experience working directly with customers to understand requirements and implement solutions
• Experience with payroll software or systems
• Understanding of software configuration, workflows and integrations
• Experience with APIs, ETL, data migration or data transformation
• Confidence managing several customers, projects or priorities
• The ability to explain software and technical information in simple terms
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence or similar tools would be useful

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll software implementations for new and existing customers
• Understand customers’ payroll processes and requirements and translate these into the right software setup
• Configure SaaS products, workflows and customer-specific requirements
• Support payroll data migration, integrations and testing
• Work with APIs, ETL processes and data transformation where required
• Guide customers through user acceptance testing and readiness for go-live
• Deliver training and explain software clearly to customers
• Support customers during go-live and their transition into ongoing support
• Manage multiple customer projects and priorities at the same time
• Work with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to resolve issues and deliver successful outcomes
• Keep customers informed about progress, timelines, risks and issues
• Travel to customer sites when required.
